Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground Pork
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 pack Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • Cooking Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 pc Carrots
  • 1 pc Red bell pepper
  • 1 pc Green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Oyster
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients needed.
  • Get a big mixing bowl and put your bread crumbs,salt,black pepper,garlic powder,onion powder,paprika,and oregano and mix it well.
  • After that, put your ground pork and mix it again,and then put your 1 pack of oyster sauce,honey,milk,and one egg, mix it well with your hand.
  • Put the oil into the pan and scoop your ground pork and then form it into a ball and put it into the oil.
  • Fry it until it becomes brown after you fry it and set aside the meatballs.
  • Put a little bit of oil in the pan and add your garlic and onion on the pan and mix it well.
  • After that, put your carrots, red and green bell pepper and mix it again.
  • Add your oyster sauce,ketchup,water,vinegar and sugar and mix it well.
  • Add your cornstarch and water mixture after that you can put the sauce into the meatballs.
  • Serve it.
