  • 5-7 pieces Bread Loaf Slice
  • 80 grams Cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • Cooking Oil
  • Water


  • Flatten bread slices.
  • Layer in cheese slices on the bottom edge of the bread.
  • Roll the bread and filling to the top of edge.
  • Wet the top edge of the bread with water to seal it.
  • Beat eggs in a deep plate.
  • Soak cheese rolls in the beaten egg.
  • Coat it with bread crumbs.
  • Repeat procedure for the rest of the bread slices and cheese.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.
  • Deep fry cheese rolls until they turn golden brown in color.
  • Drain from excess oil using a paper towel.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy.
