Breaded Cheese Roll ( Easy To Make Merienda Recipe )

- 5-7 pieces Bread Loaf Slice
- 80 grams Cheese sliced
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 2 pieces Eggs
- Cooking Oil
Flatten bread slices.
Layer in cheese slices on the bottom edge of the bread.
Roll the bread and filling to the top of edge.
Wet the top edge of the bread with water to seal it.
Beat eggs in a deep plate.
Soak cheese rolls in the beaten egg.
Coat it with bread crumbs.
Repeat procedure for the rest of the bread slices and cheese.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Deep fry cheese rolls until they turn golden brown in color.
Drain from excess oil using a paper towel.
Plate, serve and enjoy.
