- 354 grams Beef
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Broccoli
- Onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 30 gram Oyster Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- 2 cups Water
- 1 pc Beef Cube
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch with water
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Sesame Seed
Prepare all the needed ingredients.
Put salt and pepper on beef then mix and set aside it.
Put sesame oil on pan then sauté the broccoli then dash some salt.
Pan fry beef then after that sauté the garlic, onion and ginger.
Put the beef on it then soy sauce and oyster sauce sesame oil and brown sugar.
Add beef cubes then simmer for 8 minutes.
Add cornstarch with water.
Add 1 cup of water then add the broccoli
Sprinkle toasted sesame seed.
Serve and Enjoy.
