Ingredients

  • 354 grams Beef
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  •  Broccoli
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 30 gram Oyster Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pc Beef Cube
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch with water
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Sesame Seed

Instructions

  • Prepare all the needed ingredients.
  • Put salt and pepper on beef then mix and set aside it.
  • Put sesame oil on pan then sauté the broccoli then dash some salt.
  • Pan fry beef then after that sauté the garlic, onion and ginger.
  • Put the beef on it then soy sauce and oyster sauce sesame oil and brown sugar.
  • Add beef cubes then simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Add cornstarch with water.
  • Add 1 cup of water then add the broccoli
  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seed.
  • Serve and Enjoy.
