Chocolate Cake Recipe - NO BAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 can Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Milk
  • 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
  • 180 grams Chocolate Easy Melt

Instructions

  • First is to prepare all the needed ingredients.
  • Grab a bowl and put the milk and condensed milk to the bowl and mix it well. 
  • Sift the flour and cocoa powder and put it in the bowl and add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix it together. 
  • Add vegetable oil ,lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and mix it well.
  • Grab the parchment paper and put it in the pan and pour the cake batter into the pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
  • Steam it for 45-60 minutes.
  • While waiting for the cake to cook, melt the chocolate and add ¾ cup of fresh milk
  • Add 2 tablespoons of corn syrup.
  • Remove the parchment paper and pour your chocolate ganache into the cake
  • Lastly add the grated chocolate to the top of the cake.
