WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ZINGER BURGER AND FILLET BURGER?

Zingers are marinated in a spicy coating before being breaded by hand in a spicy flour. Fillets are marinated in a salt water solution before being breaded in flour with seasonings, dried milk and egg mixture, and salt. Fillets are also pressure cooked, whereas zingers are fried in an open pan.

What can we use if lettuce is not available?

You can use cabbage, but if you have lettuce, we recommend using it for a better experience. Despite the fact that both cabbage and lettuce have green leaves that layer atop other layers of leaves, cabbage is harder and contains less water. Cabbage is typically used in cole slaw or boiling cabbage dinners, whereas lettuce is frequently used in salads. While they are both vegetables, they are not the same and have different nutritional values.
