Yakult Ice Cream Recipe - Two Ingredient Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 pieces Yakult (sweetened probiotic milk)
410 ml Kremdensada (2-in-1 condensed milk and cream) chilled overnight
This Ice cream recipe is the simplest we made, a combination of Yakult a sweetened Japanese probiotic milk beverage fermented with the Lactobacillus paracasei Shirota strain and Kremdensada the first 2-in-1 product that combines of cream and condensed milk.

Yakult ice cream procedure
Pour a 410 ml or 1 can of Kremdensada(2-in-1 product that combines the goodness of cream and condensed milk) chilled overnight into a large mixing bowl.
Beat using an electric mixer (or you can use a whisk if you don’t have an electric mixer available) until the cream doubles in volume.
Pour two pieces of Yakult(a sweetened probiotic milk beverage) in the mixture. Blend the two ingredients well.
Transfer to a container or your choice and then let it freeze overnight.
