Pichi Pichi Recipe - Filipino Kakanin Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Cassava
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Prepare the needed ingredients needed for this recipe. 
  • Cut and peel the cassava and remove the middle part of cassava.
  • Grate it.
  • Drain the cassava grated for 30 minutes
  • Add sugar, salt and coconut milk unto it
  • Mix it well until well combined, then add some vanilla.
  • Grease pan with oil and pour out the cassava mixture and steam it for 30-50 minutes. 
  • After that just flip the cassava upside down
  • Divide it into more smaller pieces.
  • Add grated cheese for toppings.
  • Serve and Enjoy
