- 1 kilo Ground Pork
- 4-6 pcs Hotdog
- 1 Cup cup Cheese (grated)
- 3-4 pcs Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Onions
- 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Pickle Relish
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 60 grams Oyster Sauce
Ensure that all ingredients should be ready and present to the kitchen table.
Next is to mix ground pork with garlic powder,salt,breadcrumbs, black pepper, paprika and 2 eggs.
Mix it well.
Add onions and carrots then add bell peppers pickle relish, raisins and cheese.
Add oyster sauce then fry a small portion to taste it.
Scoop 1 mixture and then put it on foil then flatten it.
Put the hardboiled egg then roll it within aluminum foil then seal ends by twisting the foil.
Steam it for 1 hour.
Slice it and dip it on your favorite tomato ketchup and taste it.
