Homemade Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 30 grams Oyster Sauce
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Milk
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  • First prepare all the needed ingredients.
  • Mix the ground chicken, breadcrumbs add paprika, garlic powder, salt , black pepper, and oyster sauce and then mix it well until well blended. 
  • Transfer it into a square or rectangular container and then chill it for 30 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken mixture into squares.
  • Beat some egg and add fresh milk and honey.
  • Mold the chicken mixture, then dip it to the egg  and then coat the nuggets with bread crumbs
  • Ready the pan and cooking oil and start frying the nuggets. 
  • Serve and Enjoy
