Cut the chicken breast and cover some cling wrap to it. Hit the chicken breast to flatten it out.
Remove the cling wrap and slice it into three pieces.
Put the chicken breast to glass container and pour some fish sauce and black pepper.
Put 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Pour out 3 tablespoon corn starch and add 1 pc egg.
Mix it until combined, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Dredge the marinated chicken into the flour.
Prepare a pan and put some oil on it and set the heat up and deep fry the chicken.
For soy garlic sauce making prepare a small pan.
Put 1/4 cup of sugar and pour 1 1/2 tablespoon water.
Put 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce and add 1/4 teaspoon garlic.
Simmer it until sauce is thickened.
Pour out your home made soy garlic sauce to your chicken fillet.
