BREADED TOKWA WITH TOKWA AT BABOY SAUCE - BUDGET ULAM RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 721.1 grams Tokwa / Tofu
  • 250 grams Breading Mix
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 tbsp Onion Chives
  • 2-3 pieces Finger Chili
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Slice tokwa in desired size.
  • Coat tokwa with breading mix.
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • Dredge tokwa slices in breading.
  • Deep fry breaded tokwa until they turn golden brown.
  • Remove from oil and drain for excess oil.
  • In a bowl, mix in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, onion, oyster sauce, chives, finger chili and black pepper.
  • Stir to mix ingredients well.
  • Serve and enjoy.
