Boil water in a pot for cooking pasta.
Once boiling, add salt.
Pour in Linguine Pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Drain pasta and set aside.
Heat a large pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Once oil is hot, sauté onion.
Add garlic and continue to sauté.
Pour in Napoletana Sauce and stir to mix well.
Season with salt and pepper and continue to mix.
Toss in cooked pasta and mix until sauce is evenly distributed to the pasta.
Top with a dash of parmesan cheese.
In a container, season chicken with salt and pepper.
Beat egg in a small bowl.
Dredge chicken in flour.
Soak chicken in egg.
Coat chicken with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden brown.
Once cooked, remove from pan and drain from excess oil.
Layer in cheese slices on top of chicken.
Microwave until cheese melts.
Slice chicken and lay them on top of pasta.
Serve and enjoy.
