How To Make Banana Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 pieces Egg
  • 4 pieces Ripe Banana Lakatan

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat eggs.
  • Add in cooking oil and vanilla extract, mix well and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mash bananas, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and brown sugar.
  • Pour in egg mixture and mashed bananas, mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius.
  • Line muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  • Fill in liners with batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from muffin pans and let cool for at least 5 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
