In a large pot, boil water.
Once boiling, add in salt and mix.
Pour in Macaroni pasta.
Cook for 10-12 minutes with occasional stirring.
Drain pasta and set aside.
On a large pan, stir fry ground beef.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add in onion and garlic then add cooking oil.
Pour in soy sauce.
Add hotdogs and mix.
Pour in spaghetti sauce and continue mixing.
Drop in beef cubes.
Grate in cheese.
Toss in pasta.
Mix until sauce and pasta are well blended.
Transfer to a serving dish and set aside.
In a sauce pan, pour in all purpose cream, milk and grated cheese.
Continuously stir and bring to a boil.
Season with black pepper.
Simmer until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and pour on top of macaroni.
Serve and enjoy.
