EASY NO BAKE MACARONI PASTA RECIPE With White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 grams Macaroni Pasta
  • 2 liters Water for cooking pasta
  • 1 tbsp Salt for cooking pasta
  • 1 kg Spaghetti Sauce
  • 500 grams Ground Beef
  • 45 grams Cheese
  • 3 pieces Hotdog sliced
  • 1 piece Bef Cubes
  • 1 piece White Onion chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 pack Quickmelt cheese
  • 1 pack All Purpose Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Milk / Evaporated Milk

Instructions

  • In a large pot, boil water.
  • Once boiling, add in salt and mix.
  • Pour in Macaroni pasta.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes with occasional stirring.
  • Drain pasta and set aside.
  • On a large pan, stir fry ground beef.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add in onion and garlic then add cooking oil.
  • Pour in soy sauce.
  • Add hotdogs and mix.
  • Pour in spaghetti sauce and continue mixing.
  • Drop in beef cubes.
  • Grate in cheese.
  • Toss in pasta.
  • Mix until sauce and pasta are well blended.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and set aside.
  • In a sauce pan, pour in all purpose cream, milk and grated cheese.
  • Continuously stir and bring to a boil.
  • Season with black pepper.
  • Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and pour on top of macaroni.
  • Serve and enjoy.
