Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Radish grated

Instructions

  • Pour water, soy sauce and white sugar in a sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil and let it simmer.
  • Add ginger and radish, stir to mix.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Transfer to a sauce cup and serve.
