Prepare the puree by slicing each side of the mango and separating the flesh from the skin and pit.
Using a blender or food processor, process the mango slices into a sauce-like consistency. Set aside.
To make the ice cream, pour chilled all purpose cream in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk the cream until it doubles in volume.
Add in chilled condensed milk and mango puree.
Mix until all the ingredients are well-blended.
Cut each side of the mango, slice the flesh into small cubes then scoop out the flesh from the skin.
Add the mango slices in the mixture and stir to evenly spread them in the mixture.
Pour the mixture in a container of your choice.
Sprinkle with mango cubes on top.
Chill/Freeze overnight.
Serve and enjoy.
