Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Ripe Mango for puree
  • 2 pieces Ripe Mango for the mixture and toppings
  • 2 packs All Purpose Cream 250ml/pack
  • 1 can Condensed Milk 300ml/can

Instructions

  • Prepare the puree by slicing each side of the mango and separating the flesh from the skin and pit.
  • Using a blender or food processor, process the mango slices into a sauce-like consistency. Set aside.
  • To make the ice cream, pour chilled all purpose cream in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk the cream until it doubles in volume.
  • Add in chilled condensed milk and mango puree.
  • Mix until all the ingredients are well-blended.
  • Cut each side of the mango, slice the flesh into small cubes then scoop out the flesh from the skin.
  • Add the mango slices in the mixture and stir to evenly spread them in the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture in a container of your choice.
  • Sprinkle with mango cubes on top.
  • Chill/Freeze overnight.
  • Serve and enjoy.
