CREAMY TUNA PENNE PASTA RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna flakes 155g each
  • 1 pc Onion minced
  • 82.5 grams Cheese
  • 300 grams Penne Pasta
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Mushrooms 155g
  • 185 ml Evaporated milk
  • 1 pack All purpose cream 250ml
  • 1.5-2 liters Penne Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Salt for cooking pasta
  • 25 grams Margarine
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat a pot and pour in water.
  • Once water is boiling, add in salt.
  • Drop pasta in the boiling water.
  • Cook pasta for 10 to 13 minutes or until its al dente.
  • Drain pasta and set aside.
  • On a pan, melt in margarine.
  • Sauté white onion, then add garlic once onions are translucent.
  • Pour in tuna flakes and stir.
  • Once boiling, add the mushrooms.
  • Pour in all purpose cream then mix.
  • Add in evaporated milk and continue to stir.
  • Add grated cheese and stir until cheese dissolves in the sauce.
  • Season with black pepper.
  • Toss in cooked pasta and mix until pasta is well coated in sauce.
  • Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy.
