Heat a pot and pour in water.
Once water is boiling, add in salt.
Drop pasta in the boiling water.
Cook pasta for 10 to 13 minutes or until its al dente.
Drain pasta and set aside.
On a pan, melt in margarine.
Sauté white onion, then add garlic once onions are translucent.
Pour in tuna flakes and stir.
Once boiling, add the mushrooms.
Pour in all purpose cream then mix.
Add in evaporated milk and continue to stir.
Add grated cheese and stir until cheese dissolves in the sauce.
Season with black pepper.
Toss in cooked pasta and mix until pasta is well coated in sauce.
Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy.
