How To Cook Crispy Fried Chicken Wings ( Pinoy Recipes )

  • 582 grams Chicken wings
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 pc Egg
  • Black Pepper
  • Cooking Oil


  • Cut chicken wings in half.
  • In a large bowl,  put in chicken wings, Fish sauce, cornstarch, Garlic powder, a dash of black pepper and egg. Mix until all the chicken wings are entirely covered with the mixture.
  • Heat cooking oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • Drench chicken wings in flour before putting the chicken in the oil.
  • Fry chicken wings in medium heat until it turns golden brown.
  • Drain wings from excess oil.
  • Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy.
