How To Cook Crispy Fried Chicken Wings ( Pinoy Recipes )

- 582 grams Chicken wings
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 4 tbsp Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 pc Egg
- Black Pepper
- Cooking Oil
Cut chicken wings in half.
In a large bowl, put in chicken wings, Fish sauce, cornstarch, Garlic powder, a dash of black pepper and egg. Mix until all the chicken wings are entirely covered with the mixture.
Heat cooking oil in a pan for deep frying.
Drench chicken wings in flour before putting the chicken in the oil.
Fry chicken wings in medium heat until it turns golden brown.
Drain wings from excess oil.
Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy.
