Stir Fry Hotdog With Ketchup And Oyster Sauce ( Sizzling Hotdog ) Hotdog Recipes

- 7 pcs hotdog
- 1 pc white onion
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 cup water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- black pepper
- salt as needed
Cut hotdogs diagonally and set aside.
Heat a pan and drizzle with cooking oil.
Sauté onion until it turns translucent then set Aside.
On another pan, stir fry the hotdogs for 3 to 4 minutes or until the hotdogs are cooked.
Pour in Ketchup, ¼ cup of water and oyster sauce consecutively. Mix to blend the ingredients well.
Season with a dash of black ground pepper, then add 1/8 cup of water and let it simmer for a while.
Garnish the precooked onion on top.
Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy.
