Stir Fry Hotdog With Ketchup And Oyster Sauce ( Sizzling Hotdog ) Hotdog Recipes

Ingredients

  • 7 pcs hotdog
  • 1 pc white onion
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • black pepper
  • salt as needed

Instructions

  • Cut hotdogs diagonally and set aside.
  • Heat a pan and drizzle with cooking oil.
  • Sauté onion until it turns translucent then set Aside.
  • On another pan, stir fry the hotdogs for 3 to 4 minutes or until the hotdogs are cooked.
  • Pour in Ketchup, ¼ cup of water and oyster sauce consecutively. Mix to blend the ingredients well.
  • Season with a dash of black ground pepper, then add 1/8 cup of water and let it simmer for a while.
  • Garnish the precooked onion on top.
  • Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy.
