Pre-cook 300 grams of Spaghetti Pasta. Set aside.
Heat a pan with cooking oil. Sauté garlic and onion.
Add 4 pieces of sliced tomatoes. Stir fry the ingredients until cooked.
Pour 240 grams of Spanish Sardines. Stir and let it cook for while.
Scoop out the Sardines and remove the bones before placing it again on the pan.
Shred the sardines meat.
Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of black ground pepper.
Toss in the pre-cooked 300 grams of spaghetti pasta.
Stir to evenly coat the pasta with the sardines sauce.
Add salt as needed depending on your preferred taste.
Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy!
