Cut hotdogs in half.
Insert the skewers or sticks more than half way through in the hotdogs
In a bowl, pour in pancake mix, egg oil and water in a bowl, mix until it is well combined.
Transfer the batter in a tall glass.
Heat cooking oil in a pan for deep frying.
Dip hotdogs in the batter, make sure that the hotdogs are fully and evenly coated. then drop them in the oil.
Constantly turn the hotdogs so that the batter will cook evenly on all sides.
Remove from heat once its golden brown in color.
Repeat steps 6-9 for the rest of the skewed hotdogs.
Drain corndogs for excess oil.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
