Peel the skin of white onion and cut off the top and bottom part.
Slice the onion into rings.
Separate the sliced onions into individual rings.
In a bowl, pour in flour and cornstarch.
Season with a pinch of salt, a dash of black pepper and garlic powder.
Add cold milk and mix well.
Get a piece of onion ring and dip it in the batter.
Coat it with bread crumbs.
Repeat step 7 and 8 for the rest of the rings.
Heat a pan and pour in cooking oil for frying.
Deep fry onion rings until it becomes golden brown in color.
Remove from heat and drain for excess oil.
Plate and serve with your preferred dip. Enjoy!
