Pour in water in a pot, add salt and bring into a boil.
Once boiling, add in pasta.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
Drain pasta and set aside. Keep the pasta water for later.
Heat pan and pour in corned chicken.
Add all purpose cream, mix and bring into a boil.
Add ¼ cup of pasta water, mix and boil.
Season with sugar and a dash of black pepper to taste. Mix and simmer.
Toss is cooked pasta and mix well until fully combined with the sauce.
Remove from heat, plate and serve.
