Creamy Carbonara
Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome. Made with cured pork, egg, hard cheese (usually Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano, or a combination of the two), and black pepper.

- 1 can mushroom
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 pack all-purpose cream
- 165 grams cheese
- 200 grams bacon
- 250 grams sweet ham
- 50 grams margarin or butter
- salt
- black pepper
- cooking oil
Use 2 liters of water to boil 500 grams of spaghetti pasta. Boil for 10 minutes or until the pasta is cook.
Drain the water and set aside the pasta for later.
Fry 200 grams of bacon in a cooking pan set aside also for later.
For the white sauce, melt 50 grams of margarine in the same cooking pan.
Add 200 grams of sweet ham slices and 1 can of mushroom.
Stir-fry the ham and mushroom for a while before adding 2 packs (500 ml each) of all-purpose cream.
Add 1 can of evaporated milk. Simmer in low heat.
Add 165 grams of grated cheese.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional).
Add a dash of black pepper.
Stir to mix all the ingredients well.
Add the cooked pasta. Mix, until the pasta is complete covered with the white sauce.
Top with the cooked bacon.
