Ingredients

  • 5 pcs egg hard-boiled
  • 220 ml mayonnaise
  • loaf bread
  • salt
  • black ground pepper

Instructions

  • Boil 5 eggs in a pot.
  • Add water enough to fill the pot and is 1 inch above the eggs (if the eggs float, those eggs are old).
  • Let the eggs boil for 15 minutes (make sure all the eggs are hard-boiled).
  • Remove the pot from the stove drain the hot water replace it with cold tap water. Let it cool for a while. Peels the shell of each egg. 
  • Place the hard-boiled eggs in a medium-size bowl. Mash the eggs.
  • Add mayonnaise then mix to evenly mix the mayonnaise with the mashed egg.
  • Enhance the taste by adding some salt and pepper (adjust the amount according to your taste). 
  • Spread the egg mixture on one side of the bread. Place another bread on top. You can make 4 to 5 sandwiches with this given ingredients.
