Ingredients

  • 405.8 grams shrimp
  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 piece green bell pepper
  • 82.5 ml lemon soda sprite
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • salt
  • black ground pepper
  • 82.5 grams cheese grated

Instructions

  • First skin the shrimps. Remove the feet, tail, and antennae using scissors.
  • After removing the outer shell, remove the vein that can be found at the back of the shrimp using a skewer.
  • In a pan, melt 100g of butter. Add 2 bulbs of minced garlic. Add 400g of cleaned shrimp. Let it cook.
  • Once the shrimp is cooked add the 82.5g grated cheese which is half of the whole block of cheese. Then add 82.5ml of lemon soda. Let it simmer.
  • Adjust the flavor by adding some salt and pepper. Also, add 2 tablespoons of sugar then mix all the ingredients.
  • Add the julienne cut green bell pepper, cook for a few minutes before serving.
