Ingredients

  • 1 pc Tilapia fish medium-sized
  • 2-3 pcs tomato
  • 2 pcs onion
  • soy sauce
  • cooking oil
  • onion leeks for garnish and dip
  • salt
  • black ground pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the tilapia by cutting the side part of the fish's body (it will be the pouch for the vegetable filling) wash it afterward and set it aside.
  • Start making the vegetable filling, put the onion, tomato, a dash of ground pepper, and a pinch of salt (cut the vegetables for sautéing) in a bowl.
  • Add 4 tablespoon of soy sauce into the mixture. Mix the ingredients.
  • Take the fish and rub some salt onto the fish body.
  • Fill the fish pouch with the vegetable filling.
  • Make a little depth cuts on the fish body to cook the inside of the fish fully.
  • Preheat your pan before adding some cooking oil enough for frying the fish.
  • Heat the cooking oil for a while before putting the fish in. Fry the fish, cover with a pan's lid. 
  • While frying the fish you can make the dip. Put minced onion leeks, onion, tomato, in a bowl and add some soy sauce. You can add any if the ingredients according to your preference.
  • Transfer the fried tilapia to a serving plate once it's cook or turns golden brown in color. Serve the Stuffed fried tilapia with the dip you created.
