  • 225 g Pork Tocino
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 2 pcs Egg
  • 1/8 tsp Seasoning Optional
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 pcs Hotdog
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 3 cups Left over rice
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and a dash of ground pepper.
  • In a cooking pan heat ½ Tbsp of cooking oil.
  • Fry the egg mixture. Set aside.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a clean pan. Sauté mince 3 cloves of garlic and 1 small red onion until it turns light brown.
  • Add 225 grams of pork, slices of hotdog and 3 cups of leftover rice respectively. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
  • Pour 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, and sprinkle a pinch of salt and a dash of ground pepper.
  • Add the precooked fried egg then stir.
  • Transfer on a serving plate. Serve and Enjoy!
