Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and a dash of ground pepper.
In a cooking pan heat ½ Tbsp of cooking oil.
Fry the egg mixture. Set aside.
Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a clean pan. Sauté mince 3 cloves of garlic and 1 small red onion until it turns light brown.
Add 225 grams of pork, slices of hotdog and 3 cups of leftover rice respectively. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
Pour 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, and sprinkle a pinch of salt and a dash of ground pepper.
Add the precooked fried egg then stir.
Transfer on a serving plate. Serve and Enjoy!
