Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup cheese cubed
  • 24 grams gulaman powder red
  • 300 ml condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  • In a deep pan pour 6 cups of water.
  • Pour 1 pack or 24 grams of gulaman powder. Stir to dissolve the gulaman powder in the water then turn on the stove on medium heat.
  • Add 1 can or 300 ml of condensed milk.
  • Adjust the level of sweetness to your liking by adding sugar (in this recipe 1 cup of sugar was added).
  • Continually stir until it boils. 
  • Transfer to a container of your choice.
  • Use a simple strainer to remove undissolved chunks of gelatin.
  • Let it cool for a while then sprinkle 1 cup of cubed cheese.
  • Chill before serving.
