For the gulaman cubes, in a deep pan boil 3 cups of water gradually add the gelatin.
Stir thoroughly until the gelatin is evenly dissolve in the water.
Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar then continue stirring.
Once done filter the gelatin while transferring in a clean container. Let it cool aside.
For the gulaman juice combine 3 cups of sugar and 3 cups of water into the saucepan. Mix it until it is evenly blended.
Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and let it simmer for a while.
Cut the cooled gelatin into cubes.
In a glass, put the white pearl, crushed ice, and the gulaman cubes respectively.
Pour the gulaman juice into the glass.
Serve as refreshment. Enjoy!
