Creamy garlic shrimp and bacon pasta

  • 120 g Bacon
  • 150 g Shrimp
  • 4 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 pc White onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups All-purpose cream
  • 250 g Pasta
  • 1 cup Parmesa cheese
  • Salt
  • Black ground pepper
  • Olive oil Or Cooking oil


  • In a large cooking pan, heat 1 to 2 tablespoon of cooking oil. Fry 120 grams of cut into squares bacon and 150 grams of deshelled shrimp. Gradually add a pinch of salt while cooking. Pan fry until the Bacon and Shrimp turns light brown in color then transfer in a clean bowl. Set aside for later.
  • In the same pan, saute 6 cloves of minced garlic and 1 piece of sliced onion. When the garlic and onion are cooked  pour 2 cups of All-purpose cream. Stir to mix the ingredients
  • Add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and 4 Tbsp of Parsley. Stir then let the sauce boil for a while. 
  • Add precook bacon and shrimp. Mix the shrimp and bacon with the white sauce well. 
  • Gradually add the precook pasta in the white sauce mixture. Make sure all the pasta is evenly coated with the white sauce. 
  • Serve and Enjoy!
