Pour 1 and 1/2 cup of Glutinous rice flour in a large mixing bowl.
Gradually add 3/4 cup of water while mixing.
Knead the dough.
Scoop a portion of the dough and roll into a ball. Flatten the ball dough.
Repeat procedure 4 until all the mixture are used
Boil 1 liter of water.
Drop the dough into the boiling water.
Let it cook until it floats. Place in a plate then set aside.
In a pan toast 1/8 cup of sesame seeds by continuous stirring.
In a plate mix 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, 1/3 cup of white sugar and the toasted sesame seeds. Mix until all ingredients are blended well.
Coat the dough with the coconut mixture.
Transfer on a serving plate. Enjoy!
