Start with the scramble eggs. Whisk two pieces of egg. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan. Pour in the beaten egg, add 1/2 tablespoon of diced spring onion. Stir fry until the egg is cook. Set aside.
In the same pan, heat one tablespoon of cooking oil. Saute 3 cloves of minced garlic. Add four pieces of skinless longganisa. Pan fry until the longganisa is cook.
Add two and a half precook or leftover rice. Stir fry to crisp en the rice.
Add 200 grams of mix vegetables of carrots, green beans and corn.
Add some salt a dash of black ground pepper and the precook scrambled egg.
Continually stir fry until all the ingredients are well mixed and cook.
Pass on a platter. Serve and enjoy another quick and easy made dish!
