Ingredients

  • 250 grams All-purpose Flour
  • 185 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 80 grams Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 20 grams Margarine / butter

Instructions

  • Put 250 grams of all-purpose flour, 80 grams of sugar, 1 Tbsp of baking powder an 1/4 tsp of salt in a large mxing bowl. 
  • Whisk until all ingredients are blended well, then pour 185 ml of fresh milk.
  • Add 1 piece of large egg and 20 grams of melted margarine
  • Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Use a deep pan and heat 1 to 2 cups of cooking oil
  • Scoop a spoonful of the mixture. Roll using 2 spoons to form a ball shape then deep fry on medium heat until it turns golden brown in color.
  • Remove excess oil using a kitchen paper towel and then transfer on a serving  plate. Enjoy!
