Ingredients

  • 250 grams Ground Chicken
  • 4 tbsp Mushrooms (Minced)
  • 5 tbsp Carrots (Minced)
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 pack Purpose Cream
  • 70 grams Cheese
  • Bread loaf
  • Salt
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1/2 Chicken Cubes
  • Black Pepper
  • Breadcrumbs optional
  • Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients.
  • Melt the butter and sauté the ground chicken fillet.
  • Season it with salt and pepper and mix it  well.
  • In another pan, melt the butter, flour, and 1 pack of all-purpose cream and mix it together.
  • After that, add the carrots, chicken cubes, cheese, and pepper and stir well.
  • Finally, add the chicken and mix well. Get a bread and flatten it with a rolling pin.
  • Add the ala king filling and seal the edge of the bread with water and a fork to lock the edge of the bread, then dip it into the egg and coat it in.
