Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 cup Glutinous Rice (washed 2x)
  • 400 ml Coconut Cream
  • 150- 300 ml Ube Condensed
  • 2 tbsp Ube Powder
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt pinch
  • Evaporated Creamer

Instructions

  • Prepare all the needed ingredients.
  • Prepare the pot and put the water and coconut cream together.
  • Put the glutinous rice and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Put the Ube powder and salt and mix it until well combined.
  • Put the Ube condensed
  • Simmer it for 5-8 minutes
  • Served and Enjoy.
