Prepare all the needed ingredients for this recipe.
Mix the glutinous flour and milk then stir it well and add condensed milk and vanilla, then mix again until well combined.
Divide the Sapin Sapin Mixture into two bowls, the first mixture add 1 tbsp Ube Flavor, then mix it well.
While the second mixture you will put some langka flavor and add yellow coloring on it.
Prepare a pan and put the coconut milk and stir continuously until oil comes out and form a latik.
After that set aside it. Pour out the Ube mixture on the round baking pan and then steam it for 10 minutes.
Add the second mixture which is the langka flavor and steam it again for 10 minutes and after, add the last mixture and steam it again.
After steaming it brush it with coconut oil from latik and then put a banana leaf on the top and get a chopping board and put it on the top and flip it.
After that brush again with coconut oil and add latik on the top.
