Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Beef
  • 4 pcs Hotdogs
  • 4 pcs Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 4 pcs Cheese
  • 4 pcs Carrots
  • 4 pcs Pickles
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 pcs Beef Cubes
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Cheese ( for Morcon Sauce )
  • 200 grams Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Optional

Instructions

  • Prepare all the needed ingredients for this recipe.
  • Mix together the soy sauce, salt, black pepper and garlic powder and mix it well.
  • Marinate the beef on the sauce.
  • Next is put hardboiled egg, hotdog, cheese and a slice of pickles and carrots on the beef
  • Roll it and tie it with yarn.
  • Sautéed the garlic and onion then add the sauce soy that you used to marinate the beef.
  • Add some water and stir it well.
  • Add beef cubes, tomato sauce and stir it well, then pour out the pineapple juice.
  • Add cheese,salt and black pepper then bring it to boil, then put the marinated beef to it.
  • Simmer it for 45-60 minutes then remove it and let it cool.
  • Continue to boil the sauce until it thickens
  • Remove the yarn from the beef and coat it with a flour
  • Fry Morcon until it crisp. Slice it and then after that put the sauce above it.
  • Serve and Enjoy
