Wonton Mami Noodles Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Egg Noodles
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 2 pcs Pork Leg Bone
  • 10 cups Water
  • 1 pc Pork Cubes
  • 1 pc Napa Cabbage
  • 1 Bulb Garlic
  • 1/2 kilo Ground Pork
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 20-30 pcs Wonton Wrapper

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients needed for this recipe.
  • Sauté some garlic and then bring to boil the egg noodles cook it for 3-5 minutes and then drain and set aside it. 
  • Mix the ground pork with some green onions, garlic powder and oyster sauce then mix it well. 
  • Get the wonton wrapper and wrap the ground pork mixture with it.
  • Sauté some garlic and onion and then put the pork leg bone and add water to it and boil it.
  • Put the pork leg bone and add water to it and boil it.
  •  After boiling remove the pork leg bone and dash some black pepper and add the pork wonton then boil it for 15 minutes.
  • After boiling add some sesame oil and salt.
  • Assembly the egg noodles to a bowl and add some napa cabbage add pork wonton and sprinkle green onions on top and pour pork wonton broth.
