Prepare all ingredients needed for this recipe
After that boil 12-15 pasta and then drain it.
Sautee some garlic, onion and add the ground beef stir fry it until beef is cooked.
Add some bell pepper, garlic powder and paprika then mix it well.
Add tomatoes sauce and simmer it for 5 minutes.
In a separate pan put some butter and then pour out some flour and fresh milk then add condensed milk.
Add cheddar cheese and mix it well then add some salt and black pepper and parsley.
Get your container and for the first layer put the white sauce and layer the cooked Lasagna pasta.
Spread the red sauce and drizzle white sauce for second layer and then put some cheddar cheese.
Put another layer of pasta you can repeat it depends on your preferred height
Spread the cheese all over the top of your recipe and add parsley garnish and put some toothpicks in the Lasagna.
Cover it with aluminium foil and baked for 45 minutes at 180c.
Rest and Cool, the serve it and enjoy.
