- 1 kilo Kalabasa (Squash)
- 1 Sitaw (String Beans)
- 1 pc Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 pcs Chicken Cubes
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 100 ml Coconut Cream
You need to prepare all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
Prepare your cooking pan and heat the oil up.
Toss the onion and garlic first and add the squash and string beans after.
Prepared a little bit of salt unto the recipe and season some black pepper to it
Add 2 chicken cubes, mix it and add butter after.
Pour out the coconut milk. Simmer it until the vegetable is tender enough to eat.
While simmering it few minutes just add a coconut cream and simmer it again.
