Ingredients

  • 1 kilo Kalabasa (Squash)
  • 1 Sitaw (String Beans)
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 pcs Chicken Cubes
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 100 ml Coconut Cream

Instructions

  • You need to prepare all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
  • Prepare your cooking pan and heat the oil up.
  • Toss the onion and garlic first and add the squash and string beans after. 
  • Prepared a little bit of salt unto the recipe and season some black pepper to it 
  • Add 2 chicken cubes, mix it and add butter after.
  • Pour out the coconut milk. Simmer it until the vegetable is tender enough to eat. 
  • While simmering it few minutes just add a coconut cream and simmer it again.
  • Serve and Enjoy
