Beef Cabbage Roll Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Cabbage
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 500 grams Ground Beef
  • 1 pc Carrots
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Bell Pepper
  • 1 pc Parsley
  • 30 grams Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  • We need to prepare the ingredients needed.
  • Remove the center stem of cabbage and then boil it for 5-8 minutes. 
  • Leave the cabbage into a cold water.
  • Mix the ground beef carrots, onion, garlic and parsley.
  • Put some pepper, salt oyster sauce, sesame oil and egg then mix it well.
  • Remove stem parts on cabbage leaves.
  • Put some mixture to each cabbage leaf then fold and wrap it.
  • Do that to all cabbage leaf and then steam it.
  • Serve and Enjoy
