- 1 pc Cabbage
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 500 grams Ground Beef
- 1 pc Carrots
- 1 pc Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 pc Bell Pepper
- 1 pc Parsley
- 30 grams Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 pc Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
We need to prepare the ingredients needed.
Remove the center stem of cabbage and then boil it for 5-8 minutes.
Leave the cabbage into a cold water.
Mix the ground beef carrots, onion, garlic and parsley.
Put some pepper, salt oyster sauce, sesame oil and egg then mix it well.
Remove stem parts on cabbage leaves.
Put some mixture to each cabbage leaf then fold and wrap it.
Do that to all cabbage leaf and then steam it.
Serve and Enjoy
