- 721.1 grams Tokwa / Tofu
- 250 grams Breading Mix
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tbsp Onion Chives
- 2-3 pieces Finger Chili
- Black Pepper
Slice tokwa in desired size.
Coat tokwa with breading mix.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Dredge tokwa slices in breading.
Deep fry breaded tokwa until they turn golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain for excess oil.
In a bowl, mix in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, onion, oyster sauce, chives, finger chili and black pepper.
Stir to mix ingredients well.
Serve and enjoy.
