Sisig Fried Rice / Homemade Sisig Rice

- 225 grams Sisig
- 3 cups Leftover Rice
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 30 grams Oyster Sauce
- Onion chives garnish
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Cooking Oil
In a pan, cook eggs sunny side up.
Season with salt and pepper.
Once eggs are cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
On the same pan, stir fry sisig until meat is cooked.
Add in onions and garlic and continue to stir fry.
Pour in left over rice and mix until ingredients are well combined.
Add in soy sauce and oyster sauce then mix well.
Season with black pepper and salt if needed and continue to stir fry.
Add chopped onion chives and mix.
Transfer to a plate and top with sunny side up egg.
Serve and enjoy.
