Sisig Fried Rice / Homemade Sisig Rice

Ingredients

  • 225 grams Sisig
  • 3 cups Leftover Rice
  • 2 pieces Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 30 grams Oyster Sauce
  • Onion chives garnish
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • In a pan, cook eggs sunny side up.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Once eggs are cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
  • On the same pan, stir fry sisig until meat is cooked.
  • Add in onions and garlic and continue to stir fry.
  • Pour in left over rice and mix until ingredients are well combined.
  • Add in soy sauce and oyster sauce then mix well.
  • Season with black pepper and salt if needed and continue to stir fry.
  • Add chopped onion chives and mix.
  • Transfer to a plate and top with sunny side up egg.
  • Serve and enjoy.
