- 7 pieces Hotdog
- 7 pieces Bread Loaf Slice
- 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 pieces Egg
- 80 grams Cheese
- Water for sealing
- Cooking Oil for deep frying
Flatten bread slices using a rolling pin.
Layer in cheese slices and a piece of hotdog on the bottom edge of the bread.
Roll the bread and filling to the top edge.
Wet the top edge of the bread with water to seal it.
Beat in eggs in a deep plate.
Soak hotdog rolls in the beaten eggs.
Coat it with bread crumbs.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Deep fry hotdog rolls until they turn golden brown in color.
Drain from excess oil using a paper towel.
Plate, serve and enjoy.
