How To Make Hotdog Roll with Cheese / Hotdog Bread Roll ( Meryendang Pinoy Recipes )

Ingredients

  • 7 pieces Hotdog
  • 7 pieces Bread Loaf Slice
  • 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 pieces Egg
  • 80 grams Cheese
  • Water for sealing
  • Cooking Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Flatten bread slices using a rolling pin.
  • Layer in cheese slices and a piece of hotdog on the bottom edge of the bread.
  • Roll the bread and filling to the top edge.
  • Wet the top edge of the bread with water to seal it.
  • Beat in eggs in a deep plate.
  • Soak hotdog rolls in the beaten eggs.
  • Coat it with bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.
  • Deep fry hotdog rolls until they turn golden brown in color.
  • Drain from excess oil using a paper towel.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy.
