How To Cook Salted Egg Chicken Wings ( Easy And Quick Recipe )

Ingredients

  • 631 grams Chicken Wings
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil
  • 100 grams Margarine
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 tsp Salted Egg Powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix chicken wings, garlic, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and cornstarch.
  • Add in egg and mix well.
  • Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • After marinating, drench chicken in flour.
  • Deep fry chicken wings until they turn golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a large pan, melt in margarine.
  • Add in chili flakes and salted egg powder then mix well.
  • Season with black pepper.
  • Turn off heat and drench fried chicken wings in the sauce. Make sure that every chicken piece is well coated.
  • Transfer chicken in a container with lid.
  • Drizzle with salted egg powder.
  • Cover the container and shake vigorously.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve.
