In a large bowl, mix chicken wings, garlic, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and cornstarch.
Add in egg and mix well.
Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
After marinating, drench chicken in flour.
Deep fry chicken wings until they turn golden brown.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large pan, melt in margarine.
Add in chili flakes and salted egg powder then mix well.
Season with black pepper.
Turn off heat and drench fried chicken wings in the sauce. Make sure that every chicken piece is well coated.
Transfer chicken in a container with lid.
Drizzle with salted egg powder.
Cover the container and shake vigorously.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
