Mix all purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder in a bowl.
Divide the flour mixture into two, set aside the other half.
Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix in egg, milk and chili powder until well blended.
Dip the shrimp in the egg mixture then dredge it again in the other half of the flour mixture.
Heat cooking oil for deep frying in a pan.
Deep fry shrimp until golden brown in color.
Once shrimp is cooked, remove from oil and drain from excess oil.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
