Oreo Ice Cream

Oreo is a popular cookie sandwich in the United States. This recipe is a much sweeter way for Oreo lovers to enjoy their favorite cookie sandwich in an ice cream form.

Ingredients

  • 137 grams Oreo crushed
  • 68.5 grams Oreo for toppings
  • 168 ml condensed milk
  • 250 ml all-purpose cream

Instructions

  • Crush a whole pack (or 137 grams) of Oreo.
  • For the milk mixture, Place ice cubes and cold water in a stainless bowl. Put a smaller stainless bowl on top.  
  • Pour 1 pack (or 250 ml) of all-purpose cream on the smaller bowl (use a prechilled pack of cream).
  • Whisk the cream until the texture softens.
  • Add 1 can (168 ml) of condensed milk. Remove the milk mixture on the ice.
  • Put the crushed Oreo into the milk mixture. Mix to blend all the ingredients well.
  • In a container of your choice, pour a layer of the mixture. 
  • Put some crushed Oreo before adding another layer of the mixture. 
  • Add more crushed Oreo on top of the final layer.
  • Chill overnight.
