Ingredients

  • 227 grams Pancit Canton
  • 200 grams Cabbage
  • 250 grams Chicken Breast
  • 150 grams Chicken Liver
  • 1 pc Chicken Cubes
  • 12 pcs Squid Balls
  • 163 grams Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 pc Carrots

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the squid balls.
  • The shrimp should then be cooked and seasoned with salt and black pepper.
  • The chicken liver is then cooked and seasoned with salt and black pepper.
  • Sautee the onion and garlic until softened, then add the chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add some baguio beans and carrots and cook until the baguio beans and carrots are tender.
  • Add cabbage, oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  • Pour water into the pan, add the head of the cooked shrimp, soy sauce, and chicken cubes, and bring to a boil.
  • Remove the shrimp head and add the Pansit Canton. 
  • Add the cooked liver and dash, after that pour water into the pan, add the head of the cooked shrimp, soy sauce, and chicken cubes and bring to a boil.
  • After that, remove the shrimp head and add the Pancit Canton.
  • Add the previously cooked liver, a dash of oyster sauce, and the cooked vegetables earlier. 
  • After that, add the shrimp and squid balls, and you're ready to eat.
