Sizzling Pork Steak with Gravy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 780 grams Pork Steak
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cube Beef Cubes
  • 115 grams Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • Mixed Vegetables
  • Rosemary

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients, and then put some salt, garlic powder, paprika, sugar, black pepper, a touch of rosemary, and soy sauce on the pork cut.
  • Rub it and marinade it for 15 - 30 minutes.
  • Cut mushrooms, then melt butter in a skillet, add the mushrooms, and mix well.
  • Season it with salt and flour and combine well. Pour some water on it, then add milk, and then mix it.
  • Add butter to it, then gradually add water as needed, and thoroughly mix it. 
  • Sear the marinated Pork Steak in a nonstick pan for 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Assemble it and top with 1 cup of rice and gravy sauce, and serve.
