Prepare all of the ingredients, and then put some salt, garlic powder, paprika, sugar, black pepper, a touch of rosemary, and soy sauce on the pork cut.
Rub it and marinade it for 15 - 30 minutes.

Season it with salt and flour and combine well. Pour some water on it, then add milk, and then mix it.
Add butter to it, then gradually add water as needed, and thoroughly mix it.
Sear the marinated Pork Steak in a nonstick pan for 3-5 minutes per side.
Assemble it and top with 1 cup of rice and gravy sauce, and serve.
